Shipping Methods and Costs

At this time, we can only accept orders that are shipped within the United States and Canada.  Please note all purchases will be subject to bank authorization prior to final processing and therefore only authorized purchases will be shipped.

Please allow 1-2 business days for orders to be processed.  Weekend days are not included in processing time and any order that is placed on a Saturday or Sunday will be processed the following Monday. Any orders that are being shipped via Next Day or Two Day Air delivery will be processed the same day if it is received by 1:00pm EST.

Shipping to the Non-Contiguous United States and Canada

Delivery to standard addresses within the contiguous U.S. is 3-7 business days (Monday to Friday) using the Standard shipping method. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and other US territories is 7-15 business days; otherwise select Next Day or Two Day Air services for expedited delivery. At this time we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Boxes or outside the United States.

First-Class Package International Service for Canada delivery is 7- 18 business days. Customers are responsible for all Canadian import duties, taxes and brokerage fees (if any). These fees may be charged to you when your package reaches the Canadian border (these fees are not included in the shipping that we charge you).

Shipment of Order

We will ship orders to the address you indicate as long as it meets the address requirements detailed on our website. All purchases are made in accordance with the terms and conditions found on the website. Please be advised that for security purposes, all package deliveries will require a signature. Upon delivery of your items, you will assume risk of loss as well as ownership of items purchased, and will be responsible for filing any claims with the shipping carrier for damaged and/or lost shipments.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States and Canada. We will not accept any other International orders at this time.

Refusal of Delivery

If you refuse delivery of an order you've placed, it will be returned to our warehouse and you will receive a refund for the merchandise and tax paid. Shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Order and Shipping Confirmation Emails

You will receive an order-confirmation email once your order has been submitted into our system (this may take up to 15 minutes). Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipment-confirmation email that includes the shipping tracking number for your package.

Order Cancellation

If an online order needs to be changed or cancelled, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Please contact us as soon as possible after the order has been placed via phone at 844-640-0404. We are available Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm EST, excluding holidays.
