3 ripe bananas, mashed or pureed in food processor
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/3 cup melted coconut oil
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 cup chopped walnuts (optional)
