GLUTEN-FREE
1 Large Garnet Yam, washed
1 Tsp. Cumin Powder
1 Large Lemon, Juiced
½ Tsp. Sea Salt
Dash Cayenne Pepper (Use More If You Like Spice)’
Fresh Ground Black Pepper
3 Tablespoons Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil (More If Necessary)
2 teaspoons maple syrup
1-15 Oz. can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
2 Tablespoons Tahini
Pumpkin seeds, for garnish (optional)
Serve with fresh cut veggies
