For the SALAD:
8 cups coarsely chopped romaine lettuce (about 2 heads)
1 small-medium mango (peeled, pitted and sliced (approximately 1 cup)
1 medium avocado (peeled, pitted and sliced)
For the DRESSING:
1 cup blackberries
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup olive oil
3 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 tablespoon maple syrup
1 clove garlic, minced finely
1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon coarse sea salt
